POLICY FOR PRODUCT RETURNS

YOU MUST CALL AND OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING MERCHANDISE.
ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION.
WHEELS THAT HAVE BEEN MOUNTED ON VEHICLES CANNOT BE RETURNED.
ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE PROPERLY PACKAGED IN THE ORIGINAL CONTAINER THAT IT WAS SHIPPED IN.
MAKE SURE MERCHANDISE IS FULLY INSURED WHEN RETURNING.
ALL RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO FREIGHT AND HANDLING CHARGES PLUS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE OR A 25% CANCELLATION FEE OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL ORDERS INCLUDING ANY WHEEL MODIFICATIONS.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON WHEELS OR TIRES THAT HAVE BEEN MOUNTED.

All new products sold by Wayne's Wheels carry the standard manufacturers warranties. We will be happy to assist you if a warranty problem should arise. Beyond the standard manufacturers warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantibility or fitment for any particular purpose.

NOTE: CUSTOMERS MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING BOTH WAYS FOR ALL WARRANTY AND ADJUSTMENT CLAIMS.
