Moto Metal Custom Wheels Warranty
|

Moto Metal Wheels warrants to the original retail purchaser that wheels manufactured by Moto Metal Wheels will be free from structural defects under normal and intended use as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. Moto Metal Wheels also warrants to the original retail purchaser that its wheels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, including chrome plating, for one year from the original date of purchase. Moto Metal Wheels agrees to repair, or at Moto Metal Wheels option, replace without charge (excluding freight), any wheel that in Moto Metal Wheels opinion is defective in material and workmanship. Wheel accessories that are defective in material or workmanship will be repaired by shipping replacement parts to the original selling dealer or distributor for installation.
This Warranty shall not apply to: Wheels that have been damaged in transit or off highway use or by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence. Wheels that have been used in conjunction with a spacer or adapter of any kind or wheels that have been altered, repaired or modified or used on applications other then the wheels specified intended use. Wheels that have not been installed in accordance with correct tire size or used with excessive CALL loads. Wheels which have been subject to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, chemicals, and/or adverse weather conditions. Appearance defects in wheels that have been mounted after purchase, been damaged during tire mounting or balancing or have been sold as "blemished" product. Product for which original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification. Product for which title has been transferred by original retail purchaser.

NEITHER MOTO METAL WHEELS NOR AN AUTHORIZED MOTO METAL WHEELS DEALER WHO SELLS THE PRODUCTS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND/OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
